| Package search |
Search the DistroWatch database for distributions using a particular package. If you are looking for a distribution with the latest kernel, select "linux" from the drop-down box below and type the version number into the text box next to it. Please note that the best way to obtain the GNOME version is by searching for "nautilus", while KDE Plasma is represented by the "plasma-desktop" package. Apache 2.x is listed as "httpd". As for versioning, if no version number is provided, this page will return any recent versions of the selected package. It is also possible to perform searches for distributions which do not contain a specific package. This returns a list of distributions where the given package is not present on the installation media.
The package version search offers the ability to search for packages which are close
to a specific version, exactly equal to a specific version, greater than or less than
a given version. The second field in the search form allows visitors to switch between
these relations. Most people will probably want to use the like option as it will
search for packages close to a given version. When no version is specified, like
finds packages close to the latest version.
This page can be used to display all distributions which contain a specific package
or version of a package. We also have search pages which display a
side-by-side comparison of all packages
between two distributions. We also provide a package which shows the version of a selected
package in all active distributions.

1. Luberri Linux (171)
Luberri Linux is a desktop-oriented distribution based on Linux Mint, with Cinnamon as the preferred desktop. It is localised into the Basque language and is primarily intended for the Basque-speaking users, although it supports the Spanish language as well. Luberri Linux is especially appropriate for use in educational institutions as it includes five years of support, regular updates, integration with Active Directory on Windows, and a vast range of applications suitable for learning varied subjects, such as typing, chemistry, geography, mathematics, programming, or mind and concept maps.
2. Ufficio Zero Linux OS (184)
Ufficio Zero Linux OS is an Italian project developing a variety of general-purpose and educational Linux distributions based on Devuan, Linux Mint and PCLinuxOS. They are aimed at professionals, freelancers, private and public entities, and schools.
3. DebLight OS (202)
DebLight OS is a French Linux distribution based on Linux Mint Debian Edition, which combines the user-friendliness of Linux Mint with the stability of the Debian's latest stable release. It uses the lightweight LXDE desktop environment. The project's goal is to develop a general-purpose operating system and a productive desktop which would be both light on resources and easy to use for even less experienced Linux users. DebLight OS comes in three editions: Old (a very light variant built for 32-bit processors), Classic (a relatively light variant with a selection of commonly used applications), and Studio (the most complete system with an extensive list of software for a variety of computing tasks).
4. arcOS (228)
arcOS, which stands for "Amateur Radio Community Operating System", is a specialist Linux distribution based on Linux Mint. It focuses on standardised digital communication needs, commonly used for both casual and emergency communications. It is a portable system that can be booted from any computer's USB device and used immediately with Digirig Mobile, a digital modes interface for radio communications.
5. Green Linux (325)
Green Linux is a Russian distribution based on Linux Mint. It features primarily the Cinnamon desktop, although the project also provides an occasional release that uses the Xfce desktop environment. The distribution comes with the OnlyOffice office suite, the Yandex web browser, the ability to run native Windows executables files (such as .exe and .msi), and various other beginner-friendly enhancements.
6. HamoniKR (357)
HamonirKR is a Korean Linux distribution based on Linux Mint's Ubuntu branch. It features the Cinnamon desktop environment. The distribution includes Korean localization and educational software to be used in schools.
7. Freeloader Linux (414)
Freeleader Linux (formerly eLearnix) is a live distribution based on Linux Mint. It is geared towards online entertainment, as it includes various applications related to audio and video playback, such as Celluloid (a GTK+ frontend to the mpv video player), Hypnotix (an IPTV streaming application with support for live TV, movies and series), Popcorn Time (a video streaming application), Rhythmbox (a music player), and VLC (a media player). Freeloader Linux uses the Cinnamon desktop environment.
