What I don't get, is how a supposedly discontinued distro outperforms most of the distros on this list. It's great for whatever you need to do and yet it's gone. I have this on a Lenovo T42 and a Lenovo T500. It's stable, videos run perfectly, downloads are swift and usb's are very well made. It connects to the printers without fail and even has the ability to run other distro's in virtual or in the cloud wonderfully. More extras than actual money can buy and this is discontinued. Most of the distro's on this list recently have been underperforming. Ubuntu is a wreck, Manjaro is shakey and Mint is becoming a hit or miss. If you have a chance to try this distro, do. I've been distro hopping for at least 5 years and this was the best product in the land hands down and that includes comparisons to Debian, Centos and Fedora and Arch and its forks. Give it a try and you'll discover the types of operating systems we lose and opposed to the shiney things that Distrowatch list. Chapeau was another one.
