HydraPWK 2025.03 has been released. HydraPWK GNU/Linux, based on Debian's "Testing" branch, is a live distribution designed primarily for penetration testing and security auditing. It contains a collection of penetration testing tools, including tools for information gathering, scanning, stress testing, exploitation, cracking, reversing engineering and forensics. "Today HydraPWK released a new version of HydraPWK, say hello to HydraPWK 2025.03 'Apes'. The best things is, now HydraPWK is defensive too. In other words, the focus isn't just on penetration testing, HydraPWK is now a security auditing toolkit. HydraPWK still the same one-task-one-tool philosophy and all the tools on HydraPWK are curated tools. All the tools we choose are based on real-world use cases. What's new?
