A Linux distribution from Finland, Probatus Spectra Linux 1.2 has been released: "The base operating environment is now delivered on three CDs, and the updated system components include Probatus' own 2.4.18-6pro release of the Linux kernel and the new 3.0.1 release of the K Desktop Environment. New to Probatus Spectra Linux, there are now additional disks that provide Linux users with powerful tools for a variety of purposes: software for professional use, a most comprehensive knowledge base and excellent productivity tools." Probatus Spectra is based on Red Hat Linux with some additional features and a more complete language support for major European languages.
