Development Release: ClarkConnect 5.0 RC2 |
| Point Clark Networks has announced the availability of the second release candidate for ClarkConnect 5.0, a specialist CentOS-based distribution for routers, gateways and firewalls: "ClarkConnect 5.0 release candidate 2 is out. What's new? For new installations, ClarkConnect 5.0 is close to final release quality. There are a number of known issues that need to be addressed. For upgrades from version 4.x, this release should be considered beta quality and not as thoroughly tested. Known issues: starting the CUPS print server for the first time will hang Webconfig; the 'users' group may not work when accessed via Samba; you may see 'directory is unavailable' warnings from time to time; the mail archive will show a database connection error on first load...."
