Development Release: Elive 1.9.26 (Unstable) |

Samuel Baggen has released a new development build of Elive, a Debian-based distribution featuring the latest Enlightenment 17 desktop: "The Elive team is proud to announce the release of the development version 1.9.26. Changes: NVIDIA and ATI - when you upgrade the kernel package and modules, you will broke your NVIDIA/ATI drivers except if you update or install or remove any requirement manually, this problem is solved in this version by holding ALL the kernel and driver packages (and GLX packages); accelerated boot - a bit more accelerated boot of the live system by sorting the files of the file system in the CD-ROM structure by their access order; practical things - convert any audio file to MP3 or OGG format by right-clicking on them in the file manager."
