Development Release: Elive 1.7.5 (Unstable) |
| A new development build of Elive, a Debian-based live CD featuring the latest Enlightenment 17 window manager, was released today: "The Elive team is proud to announce the release of the development version 1.7.5. This version includes an updated kernel and some other things. Changelog: updated kernel to version 2.6.24.7; big workaround in the graphical configurations suite for the boot process; added a menu that asks what you want to do after finishing a graphical session; some bug fixes, such as fixing black screen in an NVIDIA model card; added support for a special Intel audio card; fixed a problem with selecting the 3D-accelerated NVIDIA driver found in the previous version; MadWiFi now supports a new Atheros wireless card model (the same one used in EeePC); added boot parameter 'nobluetooth'."
