Development Release: Dreamlinux 3.0 RC1 |
| The first release candidate for Dreamlinux 3.0 is out and ready for testing: "I would like to inform you that Dreamlinux 3.0 RC1 is available for download. This is a fix-up release with some minor improvements, while we get the pace again to kill most of the bugs and launch the final 3.0 on 29th of March. Some fixes: video card detection now more robust; fixes in Dreamlinux installer routines; fixed the problem with Iceweasel add-ons; MadWifi drivers included; laptop detection routine detects notebooks and starts the laptop-mode service; fixes to the root user home to make it compliant with the normal user setup; GNOME shutdown routine replaced by in-house script to prevent freezing; other minor fixes."
