Development Release: MoLinux 3.2 Beta |
| MoLinux is an Ubuntu-based distribution maintained by the regional government of Castilla la Mancha in Spain. A new beta release, now based on Ubuntu 7.10, was announced yesterday. MoLinux 3.2 beta includes the following new features and software packages: Linux kernel 2.6.22; GNOME 2.20 with Evolution 2.12.1; OpenOffice.org 2.3.0; Mozilla Firefox 2.0.8; improved support for wireless network cards and other hardware; data migration assistant and system restore feature; native read/write support for NTFS partitions with ntfs-3g; data converter from Microsoft Access to OpenOffice.org Base; new plugins for resizing images and execute programs from Nautilus; new version of Amaya, a web development application.
