Development Release: Tilix Linux 2.0 Test 1 |
| Tilix Linux is a Bulgarian distribution and live CD, now based on Kubuntu. The first test build of the upcoming version 2.0 is ready for testing; the most notable changes and updates since the project's 1.0 release are: kernel 2.6.15; KDE 3.5.4 with Kaffeine 0.8.1; NTFS write support; ability to install the distribution from while in live CD mode; support for popular multimedia formats and browser plugins. The final release is expected around the middle of September; for more information please see the release announcement (in Bulgarian).
