Development Release: VLOS 1.3 Alpha 4 |
| After Kororaa and RR64, VLOS (formerly Vidalinux) is the third Gentoo-based project to incorporate the Xgl graphics subsystem and Compiz desktop into its distribution: "We are very proud to announce this alpha4 release of VLOS 1.3 with many new features and enhancements: Anaconda updated to FC5-test3, Xgl with Compiz, 3D support by default, latest proprietary drivers from ATI (8.23.7) and NVIDIA (8178); X.Org 7.0, Gnome 2.14, KDE 3.5.1, Avahi...
