Development Release: SUSE Linux 10.1 Beta 6 |
| The development of SUSE Linux 10.1 continues at a furious pace: "I'm glad to announce SUSE Linux 10.1 Codename 'Agama Lizard' beta 6. Beta 6 has still some rough edges and I will not advise to put it on production systems." The release announcement contains no further information about the changes in this release, just the usual warnings similar to those accompanying beta 5. As always, the 5-CD image set is available for download from SUSE mirrors or via BitTorrent; here is a quick link to the i386 torrent file: SUSE-Linux-10.1-beta6-i386 (3,333MB). The next release will be beta 8, scheduled for March 17 (there will be no public beta 7). |
