Development Release: Arabian Linux 0.6 Beta 4 |

Arabian Linux is a distribution based on Kurumin Linux with support for Arabic. The fourth beta of the upcoming version 0.6 has been released. What's new? "Kernel 2.6.11; KDE 3.4.2; several fixes in Unionfs and modules system; created a wizard manager for Arabian's installer (Arabic and English languages are supported); OpenOffice.org 2.0 Beta 1; automount for CDROM + icon creation on desktop showing the volume name of CD; Arabeyes/KACST Arabic TTF fonts; Arabic language is now enabled in consoles (thanks to Arabeyes' Bicon project); Arabeyes' Wordlist (Linux dictionary - Arabic/English); added the new Arabic spell check 'hassen' (developed by Arabian Linux's core team)...."
