We regret to announce that in light of the weakness in the financial markets we are unable to secure additional funding for ourcompany. Accordingly, despite our technological achievements, Stormix has suspended its operations and has gone into 'hibernation' mode. The company was founded in February 1999 in Vancouver, Canada with the goal of providing tools that Linux needed to compete against Windows NT. It closed in April 2001 after failing to attract capital for continued operation. |
