NEW • Development Release: StartCom MultiMedia Edition 5.0.6 RC2 |
| Eddy Nigg has announced the second release candidate of StartCom MultiMedia Edition 5.0.6: "StartCom MultiMedia Edition ML-5.0.6 (Kessem) Update RC2 released. After the first release candidate of ML-5.0.6 which was released last week, we are glad to publish this second release candidate. What's New? This time we published ML-5.0.6 also for the x86_64 architecture. The historical Mozilla browser packages were dropped for good and GAIM was replaced with Pidgin. Some disturbing file conflicts when installing in languages other than English are fixed with this release. A few other improvements and some polishing were also done and the StartCom MultiMedia Edition 5 looks better than ever." Here is the full release announcement.
