NEW • Development Release: TinyMe 2007 Test 6 |
| TinyMe is a PCLinuxOS-based mini-distribution featuring the Openbox window manager. A new development release, test 6, was announced earlier today: "TinyMe test 6 has been released! This release contains some major updates. Most significantly, this test has the new X.Org 7.2. Also, it has support for auto-mounting USB drives. A new look and feel has been chosen for both the standard user and root. There are a few other things which have been changed, many of which I have forgotten. Our biggest known issue/annoyance is that the icons often appear on top of windows. This should be our final test release. Please give us feedback in our forums about TinyMe. We are especially interested in hearing from those who would like to add CompizFusion to their install and try it out." Here is the brief release announcement.
