NEW • Development Release: CCux Linux 0.9.4 (Alpha) |
| A new development version of CCux Linux, a desktop distribution designed for non-technical users, has been released: "We are proud to announce our newest release today. Features: full localization support, you can now even select the language and keyboard layout with which you want to use your system; XFS file system now selectable for the installation; some smaller bug fixes and feature additions that reached us via Bugtracker; changed the bootscript language to English; cleaned up the configuration files for easier management; udev and hotplug updates to support more hardware automatically; kernel 2.6.8.1 update - added some hardware drivers like 1GB LAN; OpenOffice.org 1.1.2 is now available; many other package updates and fixes."
