NEW • Yellow Dog Linux 4.0.1 Available for Free Download

This is a quick note for the fans of Linux on PowerPC computers to say that ISO images of the recently released Yellow Dog Linux 4.0.1 are now available for free download from Terra Soft's main FTP server and mirror sites. Get them from here: yellowdog-4.0-orion-20050208-install1.iso (640MB), yellowdog-4.0-orion-20050208-install2.iso (635MB), yellowdog-4.0-orion-20050208-install3.iso (638MB), yellowdog-4.0-orion-20050208-install4.iso (217MB). Compared to version 4.0, the new release includes more than 70 package updates, thermal support for G5s, as well as support for iMac G5s and Mac mini computers.
